Scheduling problem for a process chain

Hi Experts,

I have scheduled a process chain as daily. I have set the following parameters in the start variant

Date : 07/10/2008 Time : 04:00:00

Checked Periodic job

Period : daily

saved the variant.

saved the process chain.

It has not triggered today at 4: 00 AM.

is there anything I have missed ?

Please provide your valuable inputs.

If you only did these two things

saved the variant.

saved the process chain.

you should also activate and schedule the process chain.

Do you see the job in the job overview (SM37)?

Hi Sharat,

You need to save/activate and schedule(execute). According to schedule time it will trigger.

Once you triggered/executed, you can see chain in light green color(means scheduled).

After saving the Process chain.

You need to Activate the process chain.

You need to schedule the process chain.

To Schedule, you need to click the clock symbol on the top.
