Function Module or ABAP Logic For Earn Leave generated through Time evaluation.

Dear Team,

We are in process of make Time Management report related to Earned Leave. Indian Client is using Positive Time management and Earn Leave generated through Time evaluation. When employees completed one month, through time evaluation getting EL= 2.5. These EL add to the previous month.

Example:-

When employee joined in middle of month, EL generate on pro rate basis.

When employee has taken Unauthorized or Leave without pay EL will generate in the same pro rate basis.

For the month of Jan 2018 employees is having EL=30 & next month employee has worked full month, then Feb month EL= 30+2.5 = 32.5

Time Management report should display on monthly basis such as Jan_ Opening / Jan_ accmulation / Jan_Taken / Jan_Balance

In selection screen we are passing PERNR, Calendar year, Leave Type

Please suggest the ABAP logic or Function module to capture the above case.

To get the amount accrued in a given period, run the FM for the end of the period, run it for the start of the period and the difference is what was accrued.
