HANA DB instance Installation - distribution envirionment

Hi ,

HANA 2.0 db is installed on the DB server.

ASCS and CI instance will be on different servers.

Now the HANA db instance should be installed on CI (or) DB server for a distributed env.

Hi Daniel,

I think note 1953429 is what you want.

1953429 - SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP on one Server

There is some prerequirements you need to pay attention.

Also refer to SAP HANA Administration Guide.

There is a nice blog by rajkishor10 that describes the Step By Step Distributed Installation on SAP.

It is based on Oracle but does apply to HANA respectively.
