What macro or GUI scripting can I use to pull data from SAP through Excel?

I apologize for not knowing the proper SAP Lingo for the avenues I will be speaking of.

I am looking to increase ease of use for data processing, and increase timing efficiency of pulling data into Excel. My goal is to push a button and to have excel pull multiple variants and queries into a table that will be updated with data on a weekly basis. I have been researching this topic and found that GUI scripting sounds like my best bet. However, I am not well versed in any form of code and was looking for some outside insight. Does anyone have a code or template I could use to process data in the following way:

1. I will have an active window in which I will be logged into my department's transaction (ex. P35: Insert title of department here).

2. The code will know that a window for my department is open and signed into.

3. It will open a category from the list of my favorite transactions

4. It will change its variant to one that I will specify

5. It will then run the query and export all fields into the excel file

6. It will save the file, then run the next variant in the next empty row until all my variants have been run

7. It will save the data again and time stamp the sheet

I am hoping to get a code in the form of a plug and play format by just changing the Table names and filepaths, but any help will do. Thank you for your time.
