Parameter input for Crystal Report from SAP B1 Browser Access

Hi Experts!

I would like ask some advice on how to fix error with crystal reports generated from SAP B1 Browser Access.

I created a report to print SAP Journal Vouchers. Using the SAP Client app, generating the report would require to enter the JV No. of the document you want to print. Generation was successful.

However, when I tried generating the same report from SAP 9.2 PL6 Browser Access, I get the error "Missing parameter values" as there is no field to input the parameter same as that on Client app.

I tried it on Explorer, Mozilla and Google Chrome but still no luck.

Should there be specific browser version required? Or any add-ins for browsers?

Any idea will be much appreciated.

Hi,

You have to place it as report instead of layout. Its the limitation of web access or you can place it as both layout and report separately so that user with clients can access it through layout and web user can access it through report.
