monitoring URL and message id is not received in alerts mail for few alerts

Hello All,

I have done component based alert configuration in my system.

Its SAP PI 7.4 Dual stack.

I am getting message id and monitoring URL for few alerts only & for remaining alrts I am not getting those details.

Please guide me how do i get those details for all alerts.

Hi Pooja,

There are some alert mails without the message ID, and monitoring url. For example, the file sender channel is not picking the files, then the alert will be sent without any message ID and monitoring url. So can you share the alert mail contents without message ID and monitoring url?
