Hello Everyone, I need some help. How can I do the following thing?

1.- How I can add an assigment block in the work center pages ?

2. How I can change the work area title inside the work center page?

3.- How I can change the work area title, inside the Search pages and Overview Pages?

4.- How I can visualize more of eight hyperlinks inside the assignment blocks?

Try these steps:

1) Find the component name of your view by hittin F2 while in the view on UI

2) Go to BSP component workbench (t-code BSP_WD_CMPWB)

3) Display your component

4) Go to relevant view

5) Go to configuration tab and make changes

Hi Doris,

this is very basic stuff.

All the answers are there in the SAP Consultants Cookbook for CRM 2007 and other training material. I believe there were even some links in this forum where to download those.
