We have a requirement to print 2 invoices.. a) One in English for all our US customers and all English speaking provinces of Canada (Quebec is the only French Province of Canada) b) A bilingual form English and French for our customers in Quebec, CA.
We wanted to create 2 seperate Adobe Forms with Fragments and be able to configure them in BRF+ to call different forms based on some conditions.
We are able to configure and call the form we created for all English language customers? How can we segregate the logic to call the new bilingual form ? Can we segregate the logic by Province of the Customer or do we have to change communication language of the customer in customer master and drive the other form in BRF+ based on recepient's language ?
Any ideas are welcome.
Thanks,
Shareen
Hi,
I suggest to try to make the all the entries for SDBIL_CI_STANDARD_CA like you have filled for ZZ1_F009_INVOICE_QUEBEC. I mean, enter the relevant data in Role, Recipient Language, Recipient Country, Document Category, etc for SDBIL_CI_STANDARD_CA

Right now, the OPD screen for Billing Document and determination step 'Form Template' has become Uneditable. Do you have any idea, why this has become uneditable? I was trying to create new expressions...But I don't think i was able to..

Hi Shareen,
May I know that the configuration has already been done in OPD setting ?
And may I know the new bilingual form could not be determined in invoice?
Usually for new output management,
which form would be determined is based on the OPD setting.
Best regards,
Nancy
