SIA Down after the Successful Update of BI4.2 SP5

We have SAP BI 4.2 SP2 , Our Infrastructure is 2 Web Server and 4 App Server.

I went ahead and did the Installation update of SAP BI 4.2 SP 2 to SP 5 in all the 6 Servers . Installation was smoth - No Issues. After restarting the server after installation.,

I am able to see only 1 SIA came up end running for the others 3 SIA never came up. Even if i start manually, it stopped. No error messages in the event viewer.

When i Logged in the CMC , All the Services of 1st server was running where as other Servers we enabled but in stopped state

What could be the reason ?? Do i require to update the KEY for update from SP2 to SP5
