Back ground Job- import and Export memory..

Hi Gurus,

iam working on a report. It has two subscreens in the selection screen. If the user selects Subscrren 2 , then the screen name is exported to memory Id using command " EXPORT fp_v_scrn TO MEMORY ID c_scrn.".

Now if i execute the Program, then the Screen name is imported and the Further processing goes on.

But, if i shedule a Backgrnd Job .. then while debugging the job, i cud observe that the Import memory is not functioning well..i.e.. the screen value is not Imported.

So can u suggest me further ..
