Search Help KRED doens't work in QAS and PRD only

I have an error when trying to open a Search Help in a WD Application, in the QAS environment (and also in PRD), but this problem doesn't happen in DEV.

I cannot find where is the problem in QAS and DEV, because there is no differences between the objects involved in QAS and DEV.

But it doesn't work in QAS and PRD.

The message, when I try to open the Search Help is:

"Sending of dynpro SAPLSZA1 0201 not possible: No window system type specified".

(the Search Help is KRED)

I am thinking if it may be something related to basis, configuration, I don't know...

I researched on all the SDN, but found nothing.

If someone can give me a piece of idea, it is already a great help..

    hi,

    Did this "dynpro SAPLSZA1 0201" transported from Dev to Q,

    Plz check this screen in your test system.

    se80-->program->SAPLSZA1--->screen number 0201.
