We simply mention the dunning clerk's code in the customer mast data. But I would like to know whr do we mention his phone no. fax no. mail id etc...!!!!

Accounting clerk is defined at

spro-Financial Accounting-Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable0-Vendor Accounts-Master Data-Preparations for Creating Vendor Master Data-Define Accounting Clerks

Accounting clerk is nothing but user in SAP and we are creating and mainting data for user at TCode SU01.
