error during invoice sending by Email

Hi gurus,

During Invoice creation , we are sending an email to a

customer with Transmission medium 5 external send.

But during invoice saving getting error as

No address exists

Error while copying recipient object

Specify at least one recipient

Please give your inputs .

Hi

Also check while address maintained for the customer, E-mail ID is maintained or not.

E-mail setting configurations from BASIS people also need to be rechecked.
