VK12 Standard menu options Required for VCH2 transaction

Hi Experts,

User needs standard functionality (menu option functionality) for VCH2 transaction like VK12 transaction. below are more details.

VK12: Enter Condition type -> select Domestic Taxes -> provide country details then select Domestic Taxe type. go menu items -> environment -> changes -> pre condition record, after this user will see change document details for the condition type.

VCH2: user is expecting same "pre condtion record" option with document change details like above in transaction VCH2,

I tried to find out Exits (Menu exits & Function exits) for the VCH2 trasaction, but there are no exits available for package: VKON of VCH2. in fact both transactions (VK12 & VCH2) has same package 'VKON'.
dear experts kindly help me in achieving this functionality.
