Exporting deski reports after migrating from Test server to Production serv

I have moved All Reports,Universes Users etc .. from Testing Environment to Production Environment. using the Import wizard routine.

After importing a deski report (which was successful) from the Production Environment I tried to Export it, however the following Error was returned :

[repo_proxy 30] InfoStore::ObjectExport::commit - (Helpers::InfoStore::ObjectExport::commit) Setting the property SI_ADM_ADD_SI_UNIVERSE of the object named 'INDEXCHECK-New' with id number 1857 failed because a constraint was violated. The constraint failed for the object named 'INDEXCHECK-New' with id number 1857 and the object named 'Wallace MIP policies' with id number 794 because of the following constraint: if then SI_KIND = 'Universe'.(hr=#0xffffefbb)(Error #-4165
