Excise tab is not displaying in migo.

My end user has created an asset P.O. Then while executing migo excise tab is not displaying. what is the fault, & where we have to correct it. its ur.

Use J1ID t-code and Material Chapter id, Vendor excise detail ...

After this Try GR...

It is found that mat & chapID is maintained for asset but vendor excise details are not maintained, after maintaining it any other changes to be done please

Please maitain the J1ID correctly.

1)material chapter ID combi.

2)cenvat determination

3)Assesible values.

4)vendor excise details

5)Excise tax rates for chapterID

then try doing GR

Hi,

While doing MIGO transaction the excise tab will appear only if you mark your line item as OK in your MIGO item details.

Try to simulate MIGO by marking your item as OK then excise tab will appear & if the excise values are not flowing in the excise tab check the following

J1ID excise master

1. Plant - Material - Chapter ID combination

2. Vendor Plant Excise Details.

3. Excise Tax Rates for Chapter ID/Plant combination.

Check whether the rates are there in your PO or not?

Also check the whether you have maitained the Default excise condition types in SPRO/LG/Tax on Goods movements/India/ Basic Settings -Maintain Excise Defaults.

Hi,

Worng tax code was assigned for the given P.O. in which all the condition types are for customs duty, and import vendor. Hence the problem.

Now I want to know that where is the settings for tax code & vendor. please

Hi,

If you are using TAXINJ then check tax code in FTXP and if TAXINN then check Tax Code in FTXP and condition record for tax condition types in FV12/FV13.

hi,

while doing MIGO for excise material please fill in all the details

and check the Item Ok box and enter the system will take some time to refresh then the EXCISE TAB(4th tab ) will appear

in the inital screen excise tab will not appear
