Hi All,
I need help in the following issue.
In the VF02/VF03 initial screen, goto billing document --> Issue output to, when we click on print preview we are expected to get the below pop up with Open, Save & Cancel option.But one user is not getting this popup and there is no history of success case for this user.When another user login to the same machine with her credentials she could able to get the pop up.We have checked the parameters maintained for both the user profiles and found to be the same.What are the additional things we need to check?

Sounds like a missing printer or output device setting in the User Parameters -> Default values.
Check to see if that user has a default Printer set in the default settings and update if necessary. I believe this may solve the issue. If not, please provide another update.
