Dear all,
I’ve created a custom field and I’ve chosen “code list” as “type” of custom field. The code list that I have in mind is made up by two code values: X and “empty entry”. The description of the first one is “done” and the description of the second one is “to do”. This need is due to the fact that in CRM I have two values “X” and “empty value” with the earlier mentioned descriptions. Therefore, when I import data into Hybris Marketing Cloud I need to map the “empty value” in order to have a correct import of the value and a proper description.
Anyone of you is able to explain me how I can solve this problem? How can I map the “empty code value” in Hybris Marketing Cloud?
