How to pass Ticket ID in TI screen when configuring Ticket ID as Hyperlink to Ticket TI Screen

Hello Experts,

I have created a custom EC screen which has an Advance List pane.

The list pane contains the Ticket ID as a hyperlink to Ticket TI screen.

I have set the associated type container to ./ZTicketIDLink(Ticket ID). screenshot for reference.

Also I have set the Thing Type Information as shown below:

But when I am running the c4c and clicking on the ticket ID. It is navigating to the Ticket TI screen but is an able to populate the Ticket ID details. The Ticket TI Screen is coming Blank.

If I have missed some steps please let me know can can I pass the Ticket ID, So that The data related to Ticket can be seen up in TI screen.
