Hi experts,
I am trying to do the archiving of FI_FICA object.
For that I have assigned the archive flag as true for a particular business partner using the TAC ---BUPA_PRE_DA. But I am getting the error message as " Move In doc exists for the business partner " and " No Partners found for stated selections".
How do I rectify this. How do select the business partner for archiving.
Can any one give some suggestions please.
Thanks.
Shree.

Hi, Shree.
The little bit I know about archiving of FI_FICA object, suggested that any active object linked to the BP, might cause this error.
Therefore if any open documents in the DFKKOP table exist linked to the Contract Account in table FKKVKP or if an active (moved-in) contract exist (table EVER) linked to the Contract Account, then the archiving of the FI_FICA object will fail.
Also note that both the Contract (Table EVER field LOEVM) and the Contract Account (Table FKKVKP field LOEVM) has archiving indicators as well that might need to be set.
There are also a number of Functional Modules that need to be activated or customised, depending on your requirements. Have a look at transaction FQEVENTS and search on Archiving.
In your test scenario, I suggest that you perform a move-out first and then re-test the achiving of the object.
I trust this might be of some help.

Is there any standard transaction to set field LOEVM as marked on both tables?
Thanks in advance
