hi gurus,
when i am creating outbond delivery with refrence to sales order the quantity can not be copy from sales order in to delivery.
supose i have 10 item in sales order then from 10 some items like 4 or 5 item quantity can be copyed and remaning quantity can not be displyed in delivery.
plz give me solution asap.

Hi..
1)Go to sales order -select line item-item-schedule lines.
See what quantity is confirmed at what date.
2)Maintain stock and then create order.

Sol 1
Go to Material master record and check the setting Min delivery qty at Sales org1 level field.
Sol 2
Go to Availability check of that stocks CO09
Sol 3
Go to OVLP and check min del qty setting
Sol 4.
Go to Copy control setting check the Item qty setting at item level
and follow the other instructions

Dear Navin,
First you check the Stock of those materials.
If the stock available then do the settings in the itemcategory of those items in VOV7 transaction.
Also check the copy control settings for those item categories in the item level for your document types in VTLA transaction.
Please Check the schedulelines got conformed for those items in the sales order or not.

Alalyze the log (F9 key) in the delivery. Some reasons could be stock is not available, stock is available but reserved against other sale orders, schedule line dates are not reached etc.
