Query on monitoring of tasks

Hi Gurus,

one of the task.

I have configured monitoring of tasks and maintained infotype 0019.

i have maintained probationary expiry reminder date task.

But my question is how sap remind us about this date.

Hi

You can configure using dynamic actions and using m0001 you need configure so that system will automatically sends the mail to the manager..

Hi All

I am facing the same problem

I set my t588z this way

04 30 P P0019-MNDAT=SY-DATUM

04 40 M M0001

saying

if the reminder date of the task type 04 is equal to today

send an e.mail

this perfectly works only if i register a task type ending today

but not if my reminder date is tomorrow

what i am doing wrong?

Hi Ramesh

As per standard SAP system it is not automated. If you want to to automate, Yes you can allways do it by Dynamic action and user exit as well.

For that you have to write mail text.

you need to assign that text message to Feature M0001.

Go SM30

->choose table T588Z go for maitain

and write conditions there

You need to use step indicator M for sending mail
