Task/Activity created in CRM is not getting updated in Outlook

Hello Experts,

We have a CRM system 7.0 EHP3 and we have installed CRM Groupware 7.0 SP3 patch9 and Outlook 2013. Whenever we create and task or appointment in CRM it is pushed to CRM Groupware but he same is not getting updated in Outlook (We are using only 1 directional sync). We have verified that admin user at exchange server has all impersonation rights and read/write access to all public folders. Connection test from Groupware to CRM and Groupware tp exchange server are working fine in Admin tool. We are seeing below error's in CRM Groupware logs.

Errorlog:

17 Apr 2018 03:54:45 AM INFO - - - - - "[INF:1000] Initialization complete for MS Exchange connector."

17 Apr 2018 04:14:59 AM FATAL - - - - - "[ERR:1001] Invalid Administrative Account. ????????????? Invalid Admin Login Please verify connection to MS Exchange, service logon authorization options."
