CBTA Execution Failing

HI Experts,

I was able to record script using CBTA, however when I try to execute it getting below error. Log file says..

FAILED Actions\LaunchAndLogin ERROR
* ERROR DETECTED *
Error: 70
Description: Permission denied
Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error

Please help.

Hello Maheedhar,

I also actually facing this issue. But in my case it is not permanent. It is more random. I was using GUI 740 with CBTA 3.0.11.0.

What is your setting for GUI and Frontend?

Hi Maheedhar,

Please check note 2135255 on CBTA troubleshooting.

When trying to execute your test script do you also get popups telling you that a script is trying to attach to SAP GUI? You may disable this option in SAP GUI. To do that you have to click on the option and go to the section "Accessibility & Scripting" then "Scripting" and only check the box "Enable Scripting". Uncheck all other boxes.
