Creating HANA XS to update table

Hi folks ,

I am trying to create HANA XS application by taking the scenario:To create a form having two buttons for ID and VAL ,after entering the respective values it should update table once I click on insert or delete button. I was able to create form using html but unable to connect to db ,Please find the form output

Well what exactly are you unclear on? There are examples in the online help, SHINE, openSAP for such HTML applications that call an XSJS rest service. Which part are you having problems with? Calling the XSJS service from the client side, creating the XSJS service, writing the DB insert using the $.hdb API?

I am trying to write into db as soon as I fill the form with the respective values .Can you please provide me any links to create such dynamic or interactive XS?
