Create Dashboard like SE80 to show and execute all transactions from one screen

Hello Experts,

My customer requirement is to create Tabbed Dashboard like SE80 to show all tcodes/Program Names And once user clicks on any transaction that should be executed in right side screen. I would like to know how this can be achieved if possible.

Below SAP explain and link about Personalization:

"Personalization is used to simplify the SAP business transactions. The aim of personalization is to adjust the SAP transaction for a specific user or user group or for the company as a whole. Personalization includes things such as user menus, adding transactions to your Favorites menu, and shortcuts. Transaction variants are another way to personalize; using these, you can switch off screen elements and functions of the SAP transaction, thus simplifying the transaction for the user".
