How do you stop all campaigns from running (In QA system)

Good day,

I am fairly new and so I am still learning about all the background processes etc.

We cloned our CRP system to our CRQ system about a month ago and ever since then the campaigns are running in CRQ. I need to stop all campaigns. Example of job that is running is: MKT_TGGRP_CHANNEL20180418134917.

How do I do this.

Also I see that the job SWWDHEX is running every 3 mins, does this have some thing to do with the campaigns running as I did google and it is something to do with background processes.

Dear Thea Dahms,

You need to stop the Batch Job program CRM_MKTTGGRP_EXPORT_BATCH.

In transaction SM37, find all the jobs with above program and stop/abort them; but it may lead to inconsistencies, please use it cautiously!!

Additionally, check other jobs as you mentioned as well and you can kill them.

There is no standard program or feature by SAP to abort a executed campaign, but to stop the job in SM37.

Actually, the KBA is regarding how to cancel the workflow tasks (which is for your query). The wiki is more regarding for campaign automation itself. So please also check the KBA as well :).

Based on the information, I suppose you want to cancel the campaign automation(job SWWDHEX is trigger by this), not campaign. Am I correct?

If yes, from application side, please consider refer KBA 2425141 - How to complete workflow tasks in Campaign Automation or tried to change the campaign automation status to stop the campaign running.

For workflow issue, I think you may also consider to raise a query with business workfolw tag, then the workflow expert will review it.

Thank you Kunal for your quick response.

I have checked SM37 and I do not have any jobs that are called CRM_MKTTGGRP_EXPORT_BATCH.

I also don't have anything that is scheduled that I am able to cancel for *MKT*. I only see the jobs as they are running and they only run for a second or two thus not allowing me any time ti cancel them.
