Disable Multiple Login For ITS Service

Hi Experts,

I want to disable multiple login for ITS Service,but while Logging 2nd time with that Service link it is showing below screen but also it is allowing to access the same link 2nd time.I want to restrict user to dont allow when the service is already logged in.

Please help me out ASAP.
