SAP RE-Flexible. Create Business Entity

Hi, we use REBDBE (SAP RE-Flexible) from role "710 RE Create Master Data" to create, change and display Business Entity. My question is how (I want to know the process, for example which transaction have to use and how) to leave aside some users to create a Business Entity but to continue to change and display a Business Entity.

your question seems to be related to authorizations. You may check out transaction PFCG that can be used to define roles with the required authorizations.
