IBP Download Template bug for Chinese description time profile?

Hi Experts,

Recently I am doing practice on IBP system. I created a new time profile (DWMQY) with some Chinese descriptions. After I active it and add it to a PA, active PA successfully as well.

When I go to "Data Integration Job" App, and click "Download Template" --> select Data Type "Time Periods" then select the time profile just created which has Chinese description, click download. Then the page is keep running for ever there like screen below.

Is this a bug or where is wrongly configured?

I think it should work, I am not aware of any limitation. But I did not test it.

Did you try with another time profile that does NOT include the chinese description to exclude other root causes? And did you try the same with e.g. master data types with Chinese description?

If you don't get an error with that but only with the Chinese, than open an OSS message and state as well that the others are working.

Yes, I did try other template download with Chinese description like Master Data Type download which is working fine.
I will test other time and test more for other templates download. May I know what is OSS message?

well, OSS message is the potentially very old name for customer messages, I always thought that everyone would know that wording 🙂
