MIRO Payment Terms Not Change

Hi All

My Client Requirement is: While Creating PO we have to give Payment Terms this terms only reflect in posting MIRO with Changeble mode,

I need to Restrict to Payment Terms Changes for Specified Users,

Please Give me Posible Sollution.
