SAP C4C enhancement in multi-tenant environment

Hello Expert,

I’m new to C4C and like others I also need your valuable help to learn and understand it.

What I understood is in multi-tenants environment all tenant shares the same resources like DB and framework logic designed by SAP. It is very much similar to the Client architecture available in SAP system and company data is logically separated among the tenants.

My question is if any company’s tenant wants to do some enhancements using cloud studio and Since the DB is same does the enhancement will be applicable to all the tenant exist in the system? If not then how the inner framework seperate the enhancement based on the tenant for same database and standard business object.

No enhancements done in cloud application studio will not be applicable to all the tenant exist in the system these are specific to the tenant in which you are doing this.
This will be more ideally based on the system and client , meaning a combination of system+ client which will always map to a single tenant only.

So with the initial access to the SDK , user will need to authenticate his development login with the System+ client +url along with a password.
