From where can I get billing docs which r not posted to accounting for any reason.

Use VF05N/VF05 and check the radio button "OPEN BILLING DOCUMENTS".

Use the TCode VF05 which will be used for displaying all the Open Billing Documents.
Set the Selection Criteria as Open Billing Documents.

Dear Sameer
Go to T.Code VFX3 and at the bottom screen, you can see a tab "Incomplete due to". Select all the boxes and execute.
