Can SAP stop UD of finished product if UD for component is not taken ?

Hi,

The situation is as follows :

1. UD for a batch of raw material is pending

2. This raw material is issued for manufacturing a finished product

3. The UD for the finished product is taken and the batch is approved

Is there any provision in standard SAP where in the above mentioned situation the system can give a error/warning message to the user to tell him that the UD for some of the components is pending ?

goto SMOD t-code

enter this QEVA0006 and select the radio button documentation an dclik on disaplay.

check the document wether it will be usefull or not

click on functional module also to see the data
