standard text keys in routings multilanguage

We are looking for the following solution:

We would like to maintain with transaction CA10 Std text keys in different languages. That means, for one key, we maitain the short description in different languages.

Based on these standard text keys, we will use them in routings (transaction CA01) . We will use them in the desiered fields in the operation steps.

After that, we expect the multilanguage maintained short description from the text keys, when we display the routings with transaction CA03 in the specific login language of the user.

Actually, we got all the time the short description only in one language diplayed. More precisely, it is the language in which the touting was maintained and saved last time.

I copy the answer from SAP Developer here for your reference.

Please note that text will be stored in the database table in the originally created language. Matchcode standard text key is an additional option provided by SAP to see translated texts in various languages and this behavior can not be treated as bug.

While you newly add a Standard text into an operation, it takes the description of this standard text in the log-on language. Once you have saved this operation/routing, the text is always displayed in the same language it was originally created in, irrespective of the current log-on language.
