While activating an activity in NWDS, we encountered this error: CBS Server Error: CBS Failed to Communicate with some other server (COMMUNICATION_ERROR).
We have checked the CMS_Admin user's password - unlocked it and changed the password. We also went through SAP Note Number: 896427 -- but along the way we are met with the same error.
We figured that one aspect we would want to look at is look into the firewall settings for our server. What port(s) or resources do we need to look into in order for this to be resolved?
All was working well - until we transferred to a different (sub)network.
