For the right to be forgotten we may have to delete personnel numbers (probably with RPUDELPP) who left the company more than 7 years ago (tax requirements) and haven't been calculated in the payroll for 7 years. Is this the right way to do it if you have no ILM, and is this save. Don't we get any inconsistencies if we do this. Any one any experience with this?
And is there a good report for personnel for data disclosure, to disclose all data to employees if the ask for it?
