Activities are not created during campaign execution

Hi ,

Activities are not generated as result of Campaign execution .

Target Group and channel is alerady assingned to the campaign .

status in segments tab of campaign is " Job ended with out any errors leading to " .

Could any one suggest what else need to be maintained to automatically create activity against all target group customers during campaign execution .

    Hi Rahul,

    You need to do the below setting in the configuration to create the activities automatically for target group during the campaign execution

    Path: SPRO -> IMG -> CRM -> Marketing planning and campaign management -> Campaign Execution -> Define communication medium

    Select the communication medium which you are selecting in the channels tab of campaign

    Go to communication method and transaction types and assign the communication method and Activity type which you want to create during the execution

      Hi Rahul,

      to find the activities generated for the target group,you need to go to CRMD_ORDER and in the locator search,search by the transcation type and you can give the dates if reqd.

      you will see a list of activities that have been created.

      In the activity in the relationship tab you will find your campaign,so you can be sure it is created from that campign.
