XS Advanced: schema_privilege "TRIGGER" in SPS03 removed?

Hi,

I upgraded from SPS02 to SPS03 and encountered a problem in a XS Advanced application. At the "db" module within a ".hdbrole" file the schema_privilege "TRIGGER" appears to be no longer supported. When building the db module it fails at evaluating "TRIGGER" schema privilege.

It was also deleted in the hana5.example repository (https://github.com/SAP/com.sap.openSAP.hana5.example/commit/e9e0c45dfd19ca162db3e5a44081a98e7f4931c0#diff-ad67281f5b4d9ca7808c8bb00fc35457) but I could not find any details about this in the "What´s new" website for SPS03.

However, in the SAP HANA Developer Guide for version SPS03, the privilege "TRIGGER" is still mentioned and should be available for schemas and tables.

Our application creates triggers dynamically from a node module (without knowing the table name at design time), by removing the "TRIGGER" schema_privilege this results in an error (insufficient privilege).

Is there another way to add this schema privilege to the default access role?

Edit:

- This is the error message: "Error: com.sap.hana.di.role: "TRIGGER": invalid schema privilege [8254524]"

- The table "OBJECT_PRIVILEGES" does contain the entry (SCHEMA - TRIGGER)
