Error in filling KPIs in appraisal documents

Dear Experts,

I have used HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FREE badi in appraisal template for creating multiple KPIs as many as it is needed.

I have created a criteria group and in that, I have assigned the badi in free enhancement and given attributes of reference element.

The issue is, when the reference elements are getting created for few the columns are coming as editable mode, and for others in non-editable mode.

For example; in 1.1 KPI: all columns are displaying in editable mode, whereas in 1.2 KPI: all columns are displaying in non-editable mode.

Could you please let me know why this is happening?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

AS

Hi AS,

Thanks for sharing the details.

Then I would highly suggest you to test without your own implementation of HRHAP00_COL_ACCESS.

Honestly speaking, within the BAdI implementation, there are many ways of controlling the logic,
and as far as I can think of, it is possible to make the accessability different for items even added
by same free enhancement that refers to the same reference element.

So the easiest way is to test without the customized implementation.

Best regards.

Hello AS,

Nice day.

I have two questions...

First, is any of the standard implementation of this free enhancement badi used ? Or are you using any
customized implementation of this free enhancement badi ?
=> If this issue happens with standard implementation, -> please check whether you have HRHAP00_COL_ACCESS
implementation in use.
=> If this issue happens with your own implementation only, then it is suggested to compare your own implementation
with your own source codes. Because honestly speaking, with standard sample implementations of
HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FREE, there should not be such issue.

Best regards.

Hi Lucy,

Thanks for your input. But I have used standard implementation of HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FREE (ADD_NEW_ELEMENT). I am wondering why this is happening.

Yes, I have used HRHAP00_COL_ACCESS for own requirement. If that issue is coming because of this, then for all reference elements it should happen. But this is happening randomly at certain point.

Attached screenshot for same.
