I have Business Objects Enterprise using the Central Managment Console to schedule jobs. It's working perfect report results destinations for emails, unc, and inbox. I'm having an issue with FTP.

On the destination tab, I have destination set to FTP, Set the values to be used at schedule time here: host information, port, ftp user name, ftp password, destination directory, and specific name with file extension being uses.

Yes, I have tested the ftp website on Crystal report server by using run utility, typing in host, getting results, and loging in using (file --- login as with password). It works perfectly.

Yes, I have enable all my ftp on all servers.

Why would I get this error message?

Hi Sylvia

I am suggesting for the FTP server created in Windows Server 2003.

1) Open IIS Manager

2) Go to Properties

3) Click on the FTP site tab

4) In FTP site connections, check for Connection limited to :

There should be sufficient number of connection to make contact with FTP.

5) If your report is taking longer time to complete schedule then also make

suitable changes to connection timeout settings. By default, it is 120 seconds.

6) Increasing numbers of connection to FTP may resolve the problem.

Important : Please try this suggestion in Test environment first.

Do you have a trace on the jobserver? If so please post the relevant section of the logs.
