creating a background job for scheduling SAPWL_ST03N

Is it possible to develop a process that would run program SAPLWL_ST03N as a scheduled background job and download the results to a server as a file. I am looking at a maybe using a BDC to schedule the program but not sure how I would capture the results and have them downloaded to a server
