CIF Error:Inbound que blocked (Function/Q/SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND)

Hello Experts,

when i try to send materIal from ECC to EWM through interface (CIF), cannot interfaced. As inbound que got strucked in EWM system. Following function modules affecting:

1. /SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND

2. /SAPAPO/CIF_GEN_EVENT.

When i try to execute , showing "The queue is registered and therefore cannot be"activated".

Please help.

Thanks for the reply.

I have solved the issue by unlocking the queue and activated. i used transaction "/n/SAPAPO/CQ” and transferred master data successfully.

Can you check in EWM's application log SLG1 if there was some related CIF application error which needs to be resolved? The object would be CIFSCM. Usually I can find the errors there, and after resolving them, the CIF queue can be "unlocked" in SMQ2 to restart successfully.
