Audit Plan not getting copied

Hi All,

I am working on the audit management, creating a new audit plan by using the template approach.

We have some options to copy the existing plans into the new ones in the transaction PLMD_AUDIT.

I tried to copy from the existing one, but all the components are not getting copied. The corrective and preventive actions of the existing plan are not copying in the newly created one when am using the template approach.

Can we copy the existing audit plan with all its components including the corrective and preventive actions to the newly created audit plan?

also when am trying to create a new corrective or preventive action in the question list, the "corrective or preventive action"

button is disabled.

kindly help me in this issue.

Hi Tripti,

1. While Copying Audit Plan you can copy only Sub Audit Plans, Audits and question list. You can't copy CAPAs.

2. You can create CAPA to questions only when they are assigned to any Audit and if the Audit is released. Without releasing Audit you can't create CAPA.

I think this clarifies your problem.

Is't like QM notification in R/3..

Where to configure the Notification type to CAPA in Audit Mgmt.

Hi Sami,

To each and every question assigned to Audit you can create CAPA.

It is not like the Notifications in QM module.

For creating CAPA you can only create it to Audit question.

I created audit plan,question list and audit while creating audit -in audit object -"Business Partner"- how to get the details of business partner- (F4 - no values) where and which T.code - I have to create business partner

Once I release Audit - can I able to create CAPA?

plz throw some lights.........
