Service entry is not taking place from Projects.

Hi Everyone,

I am having problem in my projects and i want help from you guys.Let me explain you my scenario.I am assigning an external sevice activity to mt network.I enter details in the srvice specifications.As per my settings after my network is released purchase requisition for this sevice activity should be generated automatically which happens,then i create a purchase order.But when it comes to doing SERVICE ENTRY as a part of goods reciept for that service there is error which says"NO MATCHING PO ITEMS EXIST" but when i create a purchase order for the same SERVICE outside of project that is through normal MM process Service entry is happening also acceptance is happening.Please tell me why it is not executing from Projects.

check if service entry and correct control key

Hi Virendra,

Yes that i have checked the control key is for Service Activity and also i have ticked on the indicator Schedule ext proc.

in OPTT check item category for network F ??

also ensure the account assignment category is correct D
