EPM Issue,The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly

Hi SAP guru,

Have you encountered EPM Excel intermittently crashed, it happens when users accessing the reports from BPC server and what are the resolutions to resolved it. Please see below EPM logs. Thanks.
