Launchpad Link Texts not transporting to Quality System

Hello Experts,

I have encountered an issue while transporting Launchpad texts to Quality System. In dev environment I got 2 transport (Both Customising and Workbench) and I moved both the transport to RQA. I can see that the Transport reached Quality system. But the texts didn't appear. Our Launchpad has Z* namespace and Package as well. Below are some screenshots.

first one is from DEV and second one is from Quality. Appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Also when opening Launchpad I got a message below the screen " Not all text Exist in Language EN".

Hi,

please check if there is another workbench request which already locks the description texts. In this case you will have to release this request, too.
