Copy Catalog Version doesn't work.

Iu2019m getting a problem when trying to copy a catalog version through Campus Management -> Academic Structure -> Requirement Catalogs -> Edit Requirement Profile Templates. Once I type a target version and click Copy, a message is shown like u201CVersion M007 was copied from version M006u201D. However, the following info is immediately popped up and the version is not actually copied.

"Express document ""Update was terminated" received from author XXX"

In addition, I look for a message from Inbox for the transaction, the message is something like:

System ID -

---

Client ---

User ---

Transaction -- PIQAUDTMPL_M

-

---

Error Info -- 00 671: ABAP/4 processor SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

Any comments would be appreciated for me to resolve this issue.

Hello Kay,

From the information you have provided, I do not think there is any issue in SLcM modules, it should be some basic customizing.

I believe when you get this information message there should also a SHORT DUMP would have created.

Could you just the component of the Code which causes this dump ?

May be colleagues from that area can then help you in solving the issue.
