Hello John,

Just go to MDM Catalog repository, login into data manager, here you can delete the required records.

Just a work around,

If you dont want to delete these records from the SRM-MDM Catalog repository then you can add a new field as "STATUS" and by default it contains values as active or inactive. Then just set the status of a record by setting "active or inactive"

After doing this you can make a "named search" for the active status records and set this namedsearch name in the external webservice while configuring the parameters.

To do so, you will get only active status records on the catalog end.

Insteed of deleting the records permanently from the MDM Cataog repository, you can just set the status of records as "Inactive".

I hope this will clear your doubt.

TNR,

Is there a way to delete a whole catalog database without doing it 1 by 1? When I uploaded the file some of the fields weren't added that was mapped in the mport process? Any tips or tricks anyone can offer?
