Error while running KEU5

I am getting the following error

Cycle has no valid segments

Message no. GA619

Diagnosis

In cycle xyz1Z123A, starting date 01/01/2008 there are either no segments or all segments have been locked.

System Response

A report cannot be generated.

Procedure

Check the cycle you entered.

Can any one guide me how to get rid of this error?

Goto KEU3

1. Check your cycle start date and to date

2. Check your segment is locked ?

3. Check segment are exists or nor?

How Do I realease a segment, when I am checking my segment, Sap is displaying a message saying that mysegment is locked

Hi,

Goto KEU2 T.code and enter Cycle name

click on First segment (F6) and now you see segment name and description next to description there is check box Lock Indicator.if it is checked mean,it is locked and if you want unlock,uncheck.

check same for all segments.
